Four sessions for young, engaged, and newlywed couples

Monday evenings: February 7, 14, 21, 28 from 7:30-9:00pm

Zoom information will be provided.

1. What is a Jewish Home? The home as a temple. Creating sacred space. Home dedication rituals, creating a Jewish resource library, displaying Judaic art and working out food concerns and eco ethics.

2. How to Celebrate Holidays Meaningfully: Shabbat and the major festivals, pre children and with children!

3. Life cycle events: Birth, baby naming ceremonies, B-Mitzvah.

4. Choosing a community and reviewing resources for Building a Jewish Home: Philosophies of Judaism, educating our children, summer camps, books, websites etc.
