This Shabbat of Pesach, weather permitting, we will gather at Reb David and Diane’s home for a Shabbat service and potluck Mashiach Kiddush lunch. The service will also be zoomed. Please RSVP by Friday noon to 301-349-2799 if coming in person. Masks required indoors.
The last day of Pesach is special. In addition to lighting Yahrzeit candles and Shabbat yontif candles the Baal Shem Tov initiated a Mashiach Seudah with four cups again on the last night. The last day was filled with hopefulness for the future. We also participate in that tradition and the custom of chanting from the Song of Songs.
For a Spring of Renewal for us all,
Khag Pesakh Sameyakh,
Reb David
